I do love my essential oils, for all so many reasons, but for now I'm going to take a minute to address one of the most frequent questions I see come up about the ingredients in Warrior Spray.
"Why aren't there any essential oils in the Warrior Spray?"
The quick and easy answer is, it's for the birds. And cats, and certain breeds of dogs, where essential oils cause liver toxicity. The Warrior Spray was designed to be a multi-purpose, multi-species product. Birds just don't tolerate essential oils.
But there's a little more to it than just that. Many essential oils are damaging to the livers of our furry friends. Essential oils are a highly concentrated dose of plant therapy, which is very quickly absorbed into the bloodstream. And the liver bears the weight of filtering it out. This also is a consideration when you're using the product daily or would like to reapply.
While some essential oil based pest sprays on the market might be a more "natural" solution, many are just posing under that "natural" label, and adding essential oils to the list on the back of the bottle helps it look legit. And while some essential oils might be considered "safer than" their toxic chemical counterparts for our pets... please remember "safer than" doesn't always mean safe.
The ingredients in Warrior Spray are what make it powerfully effective, naturally protecting our pets from pests, while at the same time is nourishing them at a cellular level which is directly reflected in the skin, fur, and feathers. Essential oils aren't in our bottles, not only because essential oils pose risks to our pets, it's also that the ingredients in the Warrior Spray are truly the best choice for protecting, nourishing and promoting healing.
