We stand behind the formulation and integrity of our Warrior Nutrient Balm and Warrior Enzymatic Spray. This guarantee is designed for good-faith, consistent use, not sampling.

This guarantee applies only to:

• Individual Warrior Nutrient Balm sticks

• Individual Warrior Enzymatic Spray bottles

• Warrior Duo purchases

Bulk / 1-lb containers are final sale and not eligible.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, all of the following must be met:

​

 

• The product has been used consistently for a minimum of 45 days

• The refund request is submitted no later than 60 days from delivery

• The original container is returned empty and unwashed

• Residue must be visible (not rinsed or cleaned)

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

• Proof of purchase is required

• One guarantee per customer

Refunds apply to the product purchase price only and do not include original shipping.

 

Usage Feedback (Required)

As part of the request, we ask for a single sentence describing:​

 

• What you used the product for, and

• How you applied it (area and general frequency)

 

This feedback helps us continually refine our formulations.

What Happens Next

Once your returned product is received and verified:

• Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method​

 

Requests that do not meet the criteria above cannot be approved.
